EQUIPMENT / THE HARD FLAT RINGS APPLICATION SYSTEM

Can ringing machines & conversion kits

Choose a hand press, manual 6- or 8-pack machine, pneumatic packing machine or automated Hard Flat Rings applicator. Match the head to the ring and can format.

What machines work with Hard Flat Rings?

This style works with machines that apply Hard Flat Rings. Manual and pneumatic machines need the matching Hard Flat Rings head or conversion kit. Choose automated equipment configured for Hard Flat Rings. The reusable hard-ring machine is a different system.

Before choosing a machine

Confirm three things: standard or skinny cans, 4-/6-/8-pack layout, and the matching application head. Send the machine model and can dimensions to the team when adapting an existing setup.

Do I need a different press for skinny cans?

The skinny-can system uses a smaller configuration. See the dedicated skinny-can hand press, CAD $30 in either 6-pack or 8-pack format. Skinny-can rings are coming soon.

Are the conversion kits complete machines?

No. The Hard Flat Rings press head conversion kits adapt a compatible existing machine; the machine is sold separately. Select the kit for your 6- or 8-pack machine, then confirm its supported layout with the team.

Discuss your equipment setup or choose can rings.
